This year's JV conference was attended by more than 160 people from 11 countries mostly from central and eastern Europe. We had a great opportunity to practice different languages [especially Radka who refused to use English to speak to our slavic brothers and sisters], to hear a lot of great seminars and to share about the ministry happening in different countries.
You may be questionning the hidden symbolism of our team picture. Well, this year's topic was "To lead like Jesus". So we were trying to learn from our Shepherd how to lead and care for the flock, how to share vision, how to respect and maintain authority, how to deal with obstacles on the way and much more.
Radka was leading one of the morning seminars about "Leading women". Those who attended were excited and encouraged in their leadership roles. Thank you for praying for her!
We also had special guests coming to the conference - a group from Albania. Katka and Jana took advantage of the opportunity and worked with them on the preparations of their short mission trip.
